We understand there is inherit trust when placing an online order.   All of us at Rubicon Consolidated appreciate this.  If there is any information you are interested in and it is not found on the site or in the F.A.Q below please contact us and we will help you in any way we can. 

When will my order ship? 

We strive to ship the next business day from when the order was placed.  Subscription orders will ship the same day you are billed.

Orders generally arrive 3 days after shipping.  Our sealed packaging maintains the freshness of the bean.

Where do you ship to? 

At this time we only ship to Canada and the USA. International customers, please contact our team at info@rubiconll.com.

Can I manage my own subscription?

One of the biggest draw backs to subscription services is the difficulty in cancelling or modifying the service.  You can fully manage your subscription services when you create an account on the web site.  Log in and select the Manage Subscription menu item.  From here you will be able to cancel your subscription, pause your subscription and see all past transactions.  We will not sell your information or send you any unsolicited advertising email.

When will my credit card be charged for a subscription?

If you are signed up for a subscription, the credit card on file will be charged on each shipment.  If you subscribed today, and selected delivery for once per week, your card would be charged once today and then each of the following weeks on the same day.

How do you find your green coffee bean sources?

Our first coffee source came from a personal relationship from one of our founding partners.  The family is hosting an exchange student from Vietnam and her family operates a coffee farm in Vietnam.  The farm did not have a partner in the USA for their beans.  We loved the coffee and thought together we could bring the beans here for more people to enjoy.

Our Myanmar souce came from a friend who was visiting there.  They knew we were in the market for interesting coffee sources. When looking around, we did not find very many places that offered coffee from Myanmar.  After speaking with the source,  they too were looking for a partner in the USA to help get their beans here.  The Myanmar coffee was delicious and it was a easy decision to bring these beans in.

We are always on the look out for the more unique beans.  Beans that you don't find being sold on all the coffee websites.

This site is hosted by Shopify.  Shopify complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.  If you use your debit or card card for a purchase, transcations are processed by Stripe payment processor.  Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
